1. The SELLER shall be liable for delivery of the GOODS the quality of which shall conform to the specification of the manufacturing plant for this model.
2. The SELLER shall deliver the GOODS to the BUYER in the bundling of the manufacturing plant.
3. The warranty period for the GOODS shall be 12 months from the date of delivery.
4. Warranty service of the GOODS shall be effected at the manufacturing plant or in service centers certificated be the manufacturing plant.
5. The BUYER shall have the right to warranty service subject to the observance of the following conditions:
Timely warranty registration, which is to be duly recorded;
Timely observance of the requirements of the manufacturing plant concerning the use of the GOODS;
Use of the fuel, oils, special liquids, spares and products recommended by the manufacturing plant;
Proper use of the GOODS and lack of design alterations introduced without the consent of the manufacturing plant;
Undamaged state of the seal integrity of the units or their factory assembly;
Lack of the facts of unauthorized dismantling or repair of the units and assemblies;
Observance of the operating rules stated in the service manual and other documents supplied with the GOODS.
6. Should any defect be found a customer is to contact the manufacturing plant or the nearest service center of the manufacturing plant, not dismantling the unit or assembly. In case there are no such service centers in the region, a certificate of compliance is compiled with the participation of one of the following organizations: a company (organization) that is licensed to perform examinations, a chamber of industry and commerce, a forensic examination bureau.
