Steel St3, 09G2S, 12H18N10T and aluminum-magnesium alloy AMG5M. |
| What is the thickness of GrAZ tanks? |
Tanks made of St3 steel are 4 mm thick, tanks of AMG5M – 6 mm. |
| What does a standard set of accessories include? |
A tank-car accessories include: a pump, Sening bottom valve and a vapor balancer in each compartment, aluminum mouth caps, globe T-antenna, delivery-suction hoses, Elaflex quick disconnect couplings, 2 fire-extinguishers, plastic cases for fire-extinguishers, anti-recoil buffer, Sening pneumatic control of bottom valves (Germany), PPG painting (USA). Besides these options a fueler set of accessories includes A-50M pistol (120 l/min), a dispensing hose, PPO-40 meter. TST is equipped with Sening bottom valves, a globe T-antenna, delivery-suction hoses in plastic cases, Elaflex quick disconnect couplings, aluminum mouth caps, a fire-extinguisher, a plastic casing for a fire-extinguisher, anti-recoil buffers, pneumatic control of Sening bottom valves, PPG painting system.

| How many compartments are there in a tank? |
Up to 5. |
| Is it possible to make non-standard painting of a tank or to paint a logo on it? |
Yes. You will have to send us a painting scheme or a logo.

| Do you install pumps on a tank semitrailer? |
Yes. In this case the prime mover that will be used must be hydroficated.
|
| Is it possible to install delivery-suction hoses of 4-5 meters long on a tanker? |
Yes. But we must know precisely the model of the tanker. In this case the hoses will be installed so that not to exceed the dimensions of a vehicle.

| Can the tanks be used for transporting industrial water? |

| Is possible to manufacture a special superstructure on a chassis? |
Yes. In this case we conclude a contractor’s agreement, but the chassis must be in a good condition, preferably – a new one.

| Are the vehicles certificated? |
All models are certified by a Gosstandard of Russia authorized body.

What is the warranty period for the vehicles?
|
For the vehicle – 12 months, for the tanks containment – 3 years.

| What should be done in case defects are found within the warranty period? |
To obtain warranty service you should contact the manufacturing plant or a service center certificated by the plant: http://www.graz.ru/eng/about/service/maz/. Warranty service is provided if the model has been registered for warranty service in due time (an appropriate notice is made in this case) and has been used in conformity with the requirements of the manufacturing plant.

| How to place an order? |
To conclude a contract it is necessary to forward an enquiry or to make a call to specify what model is needed and what accessories you require. Our managers will send you an offer with due account of your requirements. After that the contract will be signed.

What documents are needed to conclude a contract?
|
Name of the company’s manager, legal address and postal address, bank’s requisites, identification number of taxpayer.
|

What is the procedure of payment?
|
We work with legal entities, individuals and entrepreneurs. The payment is to be made upon signature of the contract against the invoice. The money is transferred to the account of the plant.

Do you grant discounts?
|
Discounts are possible; it depends upon the quantity of the equipment being purchased.

| What documents are needed to receive the goods at the plant? |
The contract, a letter of attorney for the receipt, a letter of attorney for transit.

|

What documents are supplied with a vehicle?
|
Documents on operation of the vehicle, Operation Manual, a logbook, a test certificate, a service book for the chassis, a passport of technical condition, certificate-invoice.

Do you transit the goods?
|
Yes. You will have to give us the address to which the goods are to be transported. After that you will be informed of the cost of transportation.

What are the means of transportation?
|
Railway, our drivers.

Is it possible to insure the goods at the place of acceptance?
|
Yes. You can do it in your region. To do so, you will need a copy of the passport of technical condition. You’ll send a copy of the letter of attorney for acceptance and we shall make the passport. Another variant: to insure the goods at the plant’s premises. There is an insurer.
